COVID + Health Resource Library

The COVID + Health Resource Library (CHRL) is a community resource for disabled and COVID-cautious BIPOC. We pop up around Portland with free high-filtration masks and COVID mitigation tools for borrowing.

2026 events

* not a full pop-up; free masks onsite

Call for collaborators: if your group is centered around disability or racial justice, we’d love to host a CHRL pop-up or free mask station at your nonprofit or mask-required event! Please get in touch?
